Sending Transcripts
QCC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
To order an official transcript(s), please visit the Official Transcript Request Website.
The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
Withdraw from a Course
A student intending to withdraw from a course after the Add/Drop Period must do so prior to the last day of the term as follows:
If a student wishes to withdraw prior to the 10th week (or equivalent) of class, the student must submit the online Withdrawal Request Form found under Self Service forms on the Registrar’s page on The Q. The Registrar’s Office will process the course withdraw with a grade of W within 24-48 business hours. Please note, you must be signed into The Q to submit the form.
If a student wishes to withdraw after the 10th week (or equivalent) of class, the student must submit the online Withdrawal Request Form found under Self Service forms on the Registrar’s page on The Q. The Registrar’s Office will work with the instructor to determine if a grade of W or F will be assigned. Please note, you must be logged into The Q to submit the form.
A student intending to withdraw from all courses is considered withdrawing from the College. The student must submit the online Withdrawal Request Form found under Self Service forms on the Registrar’s page on The Q. The student should select “I wish to withdraw from ALL enrolled coursers for this semester”. If the student withdraws after the 10th week (or equivalent) of class, the Registrar’s Office will work with the instructor to determine if a grade of W or F will be assigned. Please note, you must be logged into The Q to submit the form.
NOTE: Students should refer to the Academic Calendar for the date of the last day to withdraw without academic penalty.
