Unemployment Training Benefits Help
Are you unemployed? If you have an active unemployment claim and have been directed to ask QCC to complete part of an application for a training benefit such as Training Opportunities Program (TOP), Section 30, TRADE/TAA, ITA, or others), most of these services can be completed virtually.
