Sexual Assault Awareness Month is about both awareness and prevention of sexual assault, harassment and abuse. This April, Campus Police, the Office of Student Life, QCC Athletics, and the Title IX Office are asking the QCC community to encourage students to attend these events.

Denim Day & Denim Day Panel

A day of action in response to a high profile Italian rape trial in which the victim was blamed for the type of jeans she was wearing. All are encouraged to wear denim to combat the idea that victims are to blame for sexual violence. The panel will consist of representatives from the Department of Public Health, Pathways for Change, Planned Parenthood, Victims Rights Law Center and the YWCA.
