Luis Pedraja, the president of Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, called the new program an illustration of how much the state values education and a qualified workforce.
“It’s an excellent way to ensure we always have qualified, trained workers and that people are able to attain their dreams of a better life through education,” he said.
