The Rhode Island Blood Center will be on campus to run another blood drive. There is currently a critical need in the region. Donations are by appointment and can be made at Blood Drive. Walk-ins will be welcomed if there is availability.

Sankofa Lecture Series: A Conversation with Dr. Trent Masiki

The Diversity Caucus invites you to join in dialogue with former QCC scholar and current WPI Assistant Professor of Africana Studies Trent Masiki, whose most recent book "The Afro-Latino Memoir" was awarded the National Council for Black Studies' prestigious Anna Julia Cooper & CLR James Award for Outstanding Scholarly Publication in Africana Studies. Dr. Masiki's book explores the understudied African American influences in Afro-Latino memoirs published after the advent of the Black Arts Movement.
Psi Beta & Psychology Club Speaker Series: Dayna Altman

Nationally-recognized mental-health leader by the Biden-Harris administration, Dayna Altman was one of 30 young leaders invited to the White House for the inaugural Youth Mental Health Action Forum. She has been featured as an "Aerie by American Eagle Changemaker" on CBS News and was named an Entrepreneur to Watch by Billion Success and Excelon Magazine. The full force and sole operator of Bake it Till You Make it LLC, Dayna harvests her passion for mental health advocacy by using food and baking to create an authentic recipe for vulnerable storytelling. A dual magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, Dayna earned both her BS in Human Services and her Master's of Public Health.

QCC Alumni Association Earth Day Clean Up

A day of community service for QCC to support the Regional Environmental Council’s effort to make our shared community a beautiful place to live, work and play. Join QCC alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends at the West Boylston Street campus. Volunteers will meet at Lot 5 (enter the QCC campus off Burncoat Street, the lot will be immediately on your left). From there volunteers will work together to pick up trash in the area of Burncoat Street and the QCC campus, 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester. Gloves and trash bags will be provided.

3rd Annual Lung Walk

Join the Respiratory Care Club and bring awareness to respiratory health and wellness! This event will have sponsored walkers, food trucks, a family activity area containing face painting, sack races, carnival-style games like ring toss and children's prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and Respiratory Care Club T-shirts and small items for sale.
