Student IDs

Your Student ID is your official Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) identification card. You will need your Student ID to access many services around campus—it allows you to access the library's FREE 24/7 online collection of electronic resources, hang out in the Fuller Student Center, work out in the Athletic Fitness Center, purchase trip and discounted tickets, pick up your textbooks from the bookstore, and more.

Your first Student ID is free! However, reprints will cost $5.00. Payment must be in the form of cash or check.

All QCC students are to obtain a Student ID by visiting the Fuller Student Center during the below hours.

Fall 2024 Student ID Hours:

These hours will run from Tuesday, September 3, 2024 - Friday, December 20, 2024.

  • Mondays | 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays | 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays | 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Thursdays | 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Fall 2024 Cancellations:

The Fuller Student Center will be closed on the following dates due to campus closures and student ID and enrollment hours will be canceled:

  • Monday, September 2, 2024 | Labor Day
  • Monday, October 14, 2024 | Indigenous Peoples’ Day
  • Monday, November 11, 2024 | Veterans Day
  • Thursday, November 28, 2024 | Thanksgiving Recess
  • Friday, November 29, 2024 | Thanksgiving Recess

If you are unable to visit the Fuller Student Center during the listed times to obtain your Student ID, please contact the Office of Student Life and Leadership at studentlife@qcc.mass.edu to discuss further options. 

Student ID Enrollment Sticker

All new Student IDs will have an Enrollment Sticker placed on the back of the Student ID for the current semester. This sticker will confirm that you are a currently enrolled QCC student. Please be aware your Student ID never expires, but you must have a current Enrollment Sticker on your Student ID for it to be considered valid. 

Students are expected to obtain the current semester's Enrollment Sticker for every semester they are enrolled at QCC. Semesters include Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Student Parking Decal

Students who are planning to park on the Main Campus (West Boylston St.) must obtain a Parking Decal every academic year.

If you are attending classes at the Downtown Campus (25 Federal St.), click here for additional details on parking.

Students can visit the Fuller Student Center during the following hours to obtain a parking decal.

Fall 2024 Parking Decal Hours: 

  • Mondays-Fridays | 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Parking Decals can also be requested at the QCC Campus Police Department outside normal business hours.
