Summer Bridges to College - English

What is the Bridges to College program? 
QCC’s Bridges to College is a FREE summer program for students who are interested in enrolling at QCC, and want to get a jump start on preparing for credit classes. Students may choose to participate in one or more of the noncredit, accelerated college readiness math and English classes.

English – Bridge Write Your Life 
Become a better communicator and prepare for college English – all in one course! In this six-week seminar, students will refine their critical reading and writing skills by focusing on effective reading strategies and the writing process. This in-person bridge class includes personalized assistance, embedded support, and guided activities designed to build students’ confidence.
