Students explore the dynamics of communication, group process, and other behavioral concepts. They share experiences in the classroom and participate in group projects that combine theory and practice. The course emphasizes varied and changing work environments. Students utilize a wide range of interpersonal skills to gain a more complete learning experience, greater personal satisfaction, and improved work efficiency in a variety of situations.
