Certificate
Graduates will learn the skills needed to advance in an already established career in educating young children in early childhood program.
Students taking this certificate must have either a current Child Development Associate Credential or a letter verifying employment in an ECE program. This program does not offer or provide verification of students’ classroom experience. No classroom experience is given with this certificate.

This semester will explore family dynamics, development, and an introduction to early childhood education.

Semester 2
This semester will focus on how to assess children, apply discipline, and cover more advanced topics in education.
The Early Childhood Education associate degree program prepares students for responsible positions in the field of early education and care or for careers in other child-related areas.
