WORCESTER, MA – May 7, 2024 – Quinsigamond Community College will host a resource fair for veterans on Wednesday, May 8 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Organized by the college's Veteran Affairs department, this event is open to all veterans, service members and members of the public.
The resource fair will bring together a wide range of college and community representatives to provide information and resources for veterans and their families. Attendees can explore employment opportunities, educational programs, financial services, healthcare resources and more.
Organizations such as Project New Hope and Clear Path for Veterans New England will offer veteran-specific resources and institutions such as Northeastern University and Anna Maria College will provide information about four-year higher education opportunities for service members. Participants are encouraged to bring resumes as Worcester Department of Public Works, the Federal Bureau of Prisons and other employers will be in attendance.
The fair is free and open to the public. It will take place on QCC’s campus at 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester in the Harrington Learning Center, Room 109A/B.
